Transfering Itunes from computer to laptop - help!
Question Posted Saturday July 19 2008, 7:11 pm
I recently bought a laptop for when I go off to college in August, and it arrived today.
I have everything set up (as I am using it right now).
I have transfered all of my word documents & pictures, etc. by using my flashdrive.
I attempted to use my flashdrive to transfer my itunes music, but it didn't work.
I'm not sure how else to do that.
Does anyone know how I can move my itunes music from my computer to my new laptop?
My computer is a windows xp and my laptop is a dell (the laptop has 2 sticker things on it that say "windows vista" and "intel centrino" if that helps).
Additional info, added Saturday July 19 2008, 8:04 pm: I've tried burning songs to CDs before and it hasn't really worked for me.
Also, since Jack has already suggested it, I'd like other options if you have them.

It will save everything on your iPod to a folder that you can import into your iTunes.
If you download it, but don't know how to use it, send me an inbox and I'll gladly help =]

I think each CD will hold about 140 songs that way, and the way to do it is to select some of your songs with a CD in the computer, and when you go to burn the songs onto the CD, select "Data CD" or something of that nature instead.
Other than that, I don't really know any other way.
