more than a hookup

i really really like my best guy friend and weve hooked up before, and he wants to again
and it seems like he likes me but i dont think he does but my question is how do i make him think of me as more than a hookup?

p.s. i already stoped hooking up with him a few months ago and i always say no now

Talk to him, and avoid hooking up. If you're trying to have a conversation with him and all he does is bring up "hooking up" than you know he's not really focusing on anything else. And you just have to leave, walk away, say no, or just try talking to him and telling him you want more than just a simple hookup.
