I have a Verison Wireless phone, and my dad put some songs onto it. The songs were on is computer. Now that they are on my phone, how can I set them as my ringtone? Is the only way to get a song ringtone to buy one? I should be able to set the songs I already have as a ringtone, right?

If you have something saved as a sound you can send it in a message back to your phone and when you get the message back just go to options and save as ringtone. I don't know about setting the songs as a ringtone but i know you can send yourself your sounds and set them as a ringtone.
I would just say to get the songs you like off of myxertones.com and use them.

well. try going to the songs you want to set as a ringtone and if you have no options to set as ringtone. goto your sound settings and try and see if the songs show up there. if they don't, you probably will have to buy or record things to set as ringtones.
i have at&t and i added songs to my phone from my computer and it wouldn't let me set it as my ringtone either. :/
