I was wondering...does deleting your myspace profile delete messages you sent a person?
I sent someone this really...messed up message when I was on medication and I don't know...I don't want them having it...

From what I know, the message completely erases and in the persons inbox is a message saying that the account who sent the message no longer exists.

I'm fairly positive it deletes the messages you sent, as they show up saying something about how the account doesn't exist anymore.
It would be kind of "stupid" to start over, but if you wanted to, there's really no harm. It might be hard to find all of your friends again and redo everything.
I'm sure he's forgotten about it, because if he's anything like me, he barely remembers what he was doing like an hour ago. ;]
