On the site teens.sparkpeople.com, there's a meal maker thing. It helps you set goals, fitness and nutrition. It tells you what you should eat all day, depending on how much weight you want to lose and by when, etc. For example, for breakfast, two waffles with syrup, turkey bacon, yogurt, and apple juice. It tells you exactly what kind of bacon and how much. Is there any other site that will do this? Thanks.

It gives you the recommended amount of calories to intake and how many calories to burn each day to lose weight, based on your age, weight, and height.I LOVE IT! I track everything I eat everyday and it is just becoming a normal everyday habit. Just by using that to keep track of what i eat and going to the gym a few times a week, I have lost 5 pounds in a month, and i still get to eat junk food sometimes =D good luck
