The application of the lotion increases blood flow to the area and helps break up the fat, reducing its appearance. When applying the lotion, make sure that you rub in circular motions towards your heart. However, this won't get rid of it completely.

A healthy diet combined with regular excercise will also help combat cellulite as it will help to build up muscle.
