yeast infection
if one has a yeast infection, would it itch all the time? or just occasionally?
i sometimes itch down there, but it's only maybe once a month. sometimes more, sometimes less. usually if i've been in dry grass.
could i possibly have a yeast infection? or is it allergies? i'm allergic to pollen and grass and have really bad allergies during the summer. could i be having an allergic reaction down there?

I agree. Get tested for allergies, but I highly doubt it is a yeast infection, but to be safe either contact your doctor or get one of the tests from a local drugstore [i.e- walgreens or cvs]
If you shave down there, you'll itch sometimes. Just be sure to apply lotion down there daily, and see if that helps to relieve some of the itching.

My best suggestion is to have a doctor do a test for a yeast infection. It's only peeing in a cup. And if you go into a walk-in clinic it's free. Plus, it really wouldn't hurt to make sure whether it's allergies or not because of it is a yeast infection it would be better to catch it early on. I don't think it's anything serious but this is just my opinion. Good luck. =)
