sticking to a plan

So I'm not really overweight but I concider myself to be "BIG" I weigh 155 and I'm 4"11" ugh its so hardd to stick to a weight plan because all I do is eat I eat when I'm depressed/angry/sad/bored its awful and lazy I know ! I just want to loose weight but I want to be able to stick to a weight plan something that will help me focuse on loosing weight ...any suggestions?

Losing weight and sticking to a plan is hard. And if you're lazy and like to eat, it's even harder.

I usually get my iPod, head outside early in the morning, like 6-7ish, so it isn't to hot, or like around 8-9 at night, and jog, not run, jog. The music makes me want to run, so get music that gets you pumped up.

secondly. no junk food. it's going to be hard but try thinking about skinnier people, and that will usually upset you. so do situps while you watch tv, crunches, etc.

just think about what you WANT to look like, and you'll make it happen if you want it bad enough.

It's summertime, so places that are close to you that you would normally get a ride to, walk. Jogging helps a lot TRUST ME! Even if you just jog up and down the street a couple times a day! Also, I'm the same way with food. I just love eating I can't help it ;) But now I am getting bigger, and I started cutting what I normally ate, in half. In the morning, if I ate cereal, I wouldn't pour as much in the bowl. Lunchtime, if I made a sandwhich I'd cut it in half and only eat half. Things like that can really lose weight & it also makes you a lot healthier! Good luck girl! ♥
