weight loss plan Exercise:
-walking/biking 6 times a week, 50 min. moderately
- maybe swimming laps at least 1-2 times a week
-100 to 200 crunches daily
-100 trunk twists daily
-20 squats with weights
Food:
breakfast- cereal (special k/cheerios) fat free milk, or egg whites with whole wheat bread
-NO white bread
-lots of fruit
-lots of water
If I do this until the end of summer, before school (aug. 31), can i lose a good amount of weight. I think I weigh about 145 or aruond there, and i would really love to be 130. could i be at least 135 or around there by aug. 31?

yeah as long as you stick to that, you could definetly do it. in order to keep up the good work, just think about looking good at the end of the summer.
