do i still care or should i move on?
my boyfriend and i have been dating for almost 3 years on-and-off and this time we've been dating almost 11 months. recently i've been questioning if i still love him or not. he still loves me a lot, but i think he might too much. lately he's getting more and more overprotective and it's really annoying me. when he kisses me sometimes i still feel a spark, but mostly i don't. my friends constantly tell me we are like a married couple but i'm only 17 i don't want to be like that yet! i still want to be young and party and be a teenager before it's too late. at the same time i still love him and he makes me feel safe. my emotions are really mixed up and i can't figure out if i should move on or if i should stay with him.

well. if you're confused about staying with him or moving on, you should try and telling him to take a break. explain to him what you just typed:

that ^ and if he blows up and makes a scene, you need to move on. if he's understanding, that's good, and then you two just take a break so you can realize how you feel.

.the down part about ending it is that you might loose him forever. think about that. i know that you are a teenager and want to have fun and you should but if you love him then he should be fulfilling the fun aspect. can u have fun with him? i know you mean with other people and being free but maybe you should reevaluate the relationship and think am i only in this because he is in love with me or do i really love him and cant live without him. It has been a while maybe you should tell him how you feel. the truth is always the best. he may understand/ u have a right to want to expereince more but it might break his heart and later you may be wanting him back because he is your security.

If you truly love him you won't have doubts. When you love someone for everything, you give them your heart and soul. You are right, at 17 it is the time to have fun and just enjoy yourself. I really think that he is hovering you and you just need some actual space from him for a little while.
