ive had a diet going and a really good one too, i was getting my stomach smaller and i was lookin really good and dropped about 7lbs...well...i took a dive and have been off of it for like 2 or 3 weeks..and i keep tellinf myself i will keep getting back on it..but i can't! And im so disapointed in myself because i really want to lose weight and look good and wear a bikini on vacation...which in two weeks!! im just so mad at myself!!! anyways of helping me get back into the groove?????!!! and anyways of losing a lil bit of weight faster??? thanks!! i weigh around 165, 5'5

Kittzen answered Sunday July 13 2008, 12:34 pm: Maybe you should do more than diet. you should excerise go for long walks and eat half of what you want to. getting started is the hardest part. what you need to do is wake up one morning and tell your self you're going to do it. warn everybody in your house so they won't try to persuade you other wise. if you eat vegetables and salads you won't actually be gaining weight, it's all water. For getting started again you need to mark it on your ca lander, number down the days to your vacation. Think of what got you on your first diet in the first place. was it the vacation? or the binki? work on it even when you don't feel like it or want to. put it into your mind that you have to do it.
