ride from different person. i just dont know if i am being rude or not nice by asking my mom for things. because right now we dont have a car and we like get rides from her boyfriend. and she told me how like the car cant take the heat because we live in the desert. so basically if i want to buy something at a store she told me that it wouldnt be possible cause of that. i see people driving in the heat. and i feel like i need to get those stuff like shampoos because i am trying to look more neat so her boyfriend wont think oh she doesnt know how to be neat. so thats the reason why i am impatient. if he wasnt here i wouldnt do it though but he is here too often.

Personal hygiene is important, so it's not rude of you to ask for shampoo. Just make sure you ask nicely.
If even the nearest shop is a long way away, try to hold out until your mom needs to go to the shops for herself, and ask her to buy you what you need while she's there. Only ask for things that you actually need. Being able to justify why you need it would be good.
Do note that if you can't convince your mom to buy you shampoo, not using shampoo can actually be good for your hair anyway. It's true. I have hair down to my waist and I don't use shampoo. Washing with water is enough. Here's some information about going poo-free.
