You could have an inside joke of yours combined with your name somehow.
So one of mine could be:
JKub_eXtreme16
[nickname/inside joke/age]
Take your favorite activity and add your name to it:
VolleyBallJess
SkatingJess
ScoringJess
And add your age, favorite number, or graduation year on the end.

Use song lyrics! For example, my display name on Myspace [I know you asked for screen names, this is just an example] is "Laura All Over" and I got it from my favorite Mayday Parade song "Jamie All Over".
Or, use your name plus some form of words, kind of like "bonjourrjess" or "hola its jessica" or something.
