pants size diet

hi f/15
I used to be a size 7 in teens when I was in 6th grade I gained alot of weight and now i want to go back to that size Im now going to 10 grade and Im a size 11,13....school starts in like a month do you think I will be able to get back to that size before school starts..or maybe you give me some personal tips on how to achieve that goal...thank you so much...

The best way to lose some weight is the old fashioned way; eating healthy, exercise everyday, maybe joining a gym (if thats possible), yoga is a really good way to workout if you dont like using the machines. If that all fails there are alternatives such as diet plans & pills and make sure they are okay for you. Whatever you do dont take the unhealthy way such as eating disorders, it will only make things worse. I think (depending on how determined you are, you could lose a lot of weight before school starts, but dont give up if you dont lose all the weight in time just keep up with your plan, and it will happen.
