okay, so i havent had my period since MARCH of this year.
and i ususally get them every other month for 10 days.
and its really heavy, then all of a sudden stops.
but i havent had it in so long, and every year i go on vacation and i get it there. wether i just had it or i havent had in a long time.
i dont know why.
but how can i have a light period.
or not have one at all for a week.
or shorten the cycle?
wihtout meds?

It gives you about 4 periods a year and they are lighter. I know you said without meds, but this would help you in the long run. Maybe you should look into it. Otherwise, irregular periods aren't going to just do what you will them to do. Even meds aren't positive, so what you're asking is pretty much shoot and miss. I finally got mine after waiting since November of LAST year.
