Hm, okay, Well... Sometimes there is no subtle way to tell some one with out the risk of confusing them. I don't know how old you are but assuming by your question I am guessing young. So for you my answer would be "I think your cool and I would like to hang out with you sometime". Why would asking her out be rushing anything? Whats there to rush? Your young!!!! Is it because you want to get to know her better? If that's the case there is no better way of getting to know someone than by going out on a little date and spending time with them so you can talk up a storm.
