small lump under right nostril
ok... well i have a small lump under my right nostril... it is veryy sensitive to touch and it is ugly.. it is all red and ya.. it hurts really bad. idk if it is a pimple under the skin. but i would like to know... thanks

It sounds just like a spot to me. Ones that haven't formed a head are always quite painful and red. Just leave it alone. You shouldn't try to pop spots under the skin (or any spots for that matter!)
It will be gone soon. Dab some concealer on for now to hide it a little.

I think I recently had the same thing, and my mom said it might be an ingrown pimple. It got better after a few days, but if yours isn't gone within a few weeks, I'd check with the doctor/dermatologist. For now, jsut avoid touching/squeezing it.

it may be a zit...dont worry it will go away if you wash your face correctly....or it could be a cold sore depending on where it is at.... i get zits and some are like that and they hurt and are very sensitive.... or it could be a cold sore just by this stuff called abreva...it works.....but its expensive!! just wait it out and see if it goes away using these ideas!!!

most likely because i've had under the skin ones before they are like the most sensitive type of zit you can get and they hurt like well yea lol and if you mess with it and touch it then of course it will get red eventually it will get a white head[meaning it's ready to pop] or go away! good luck
