You don't have to keep it moving like its a vibrating tongue or anything, haha some people seem to think you need to move it very quickly all the time.
Not to sound braggy or cocky, but I have been told I'm good at making out a few times because I have practiced with a serious boyfriend I used to have. Here's what I picked up: sometimes licking his lips just a TINY bit is totally sexy, just very lightly before putting your tongue in his mouth. You can lick his tongue, gently play with it while you run your tongue in small circles, you can lick his teeth, or just slowly slip it in and out.
As long as you don't slobber or bite him you should be good :)

Honestly,there's really no "right" way to use your tongue.I know alot of people say this,but it really does just come natually when you do it.Don't think just do ;) lol
