If it is a minor person and you aren't the
parent you should talk to the parent. If you
are the one needing help and are underage,
talk to your parents.
An adult can be helped, or held for 24 hour
observation if it is felt they could do harm
to themselves or others. In that case police
and/or emergency personnel would have to be
called. If mental health workers then determine
they could do harm to themselves or others a
court order for treatment could be issued.

medications can help a good deal, also going to a therapy place for it.
my boyfriends is going to florida for a month and staying in a inpatient center for his bipolar.
