Sarahs answered Wednesday July 9 2008, 5:39 am: Hey,
I'll be honest here. Personally, I think it hurts like hell. But then again my mum and sister have no problem with it. I've always been pretty week to that sort of stuff. HOWEVER, the momentary lapse of pain totally outweighs the pain of plucking. I'd rather a wax to plucking any day. I would also rather the pain of waxing to messy eyebrows any day.
Basically - it hurts, but it's worth it.
It kinda feels like a slap on your thigh.
Good luck darl! =]

I'd like to point out though, do you have sensitive skin because you feel pain more, or if your skin is broken and cracked? If you have cracked skin, don't go for a waxing option.
Good luck! [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]
xxDearLee answered Sunday July 6 2008, 3:02 pm: It hurts a heck of a lot less than plucking, that's for sure!
I'm fifteen now, I've been doing it for about two years. But some places may use just a dab of numbing spray on the spot or offer wax for sensitive skin.
My friend prefers plucking as the wax makes her break out around the area, but it doesnt bother me.
The wax is always warm and it feels really nice :] [ xxDearLee's advice column | Ask xxDearLee A Question ]
