addicted to energy bars

Question Posted Saturday July 5 2008, 1:02 pm

I eat energy bars a lot but I'm trying to cut back to where I don't eat them unless I absolutely have to because I'm too busy to make a meal. How should I go about doing this?

If you dont have time to make meals then i would make them ahead of time, put them in the fridge or freezer and then eat them when you need to. Remember, energy bars do not have all the daily servings of frutes, grains, meat...that your body needs.

Make yourself time for full meals. That way you'll be eating more food, and then you won't be hungry for energy bars.

Also, if you have a supply in your house, give them to a friend or something. If you have access to them, you'll keep wanting them.

Don't buy anymore if you really want to quit.
