16th birthday party

Question Posted Saturday July 5 2008, 12:57 pm

My birthday's October 15th, and I was thinking about having my sweet sixteen birthday party on Halloween (it lands on a Friday). I was thinking about doing this because I was going to have it at my house, because I don't really have a lot of money to spend on the party...However, there's really nothing to do at my house, so if I had it on Halloween, my friends and I could go trick-or-treating together. Then, they could sleep over...

Is this too childish? Is it a good idea?

I know I have a while, but...I just wanted to think about this lol.
Thank you. :)

thats not bad! you all can dress up as something [like the power rangers, etc] and go out. Egg people, get shaving cream, scare little kids, ahha thats always fun on halloween. Tee-pee [sp?] a house/tree. thats whats halloween is ALL about. have fun!! :]

Nothing is "too childish", especially trick-or-treating. My cousin trick-or-treated until she was at least 23. Then again, she was short and could pass as a teenager! =O

Having a sleep over is always a good idea ;]

If you think it's a stupid idea, ask your friends who you'll invite and see what they would want to do. I'm sure they'll come up with an idea ;]

And it's never too early to start planning =]
