specific clothing/fashion styles

I have pictures of clothing/styles that I really like. I was wondering if anyone can find where I can find the same or similar pieces.

I have looked everywhere online for that jacket, and can't seem to find it in an XS (and I know they carry it in that size)

Ali Lohan from Living Lohan
I don't have specific links, but there was a couple of episodes where it looked like she was wearing a white vest over a pink tank and then a red patent jacket
