Ask your friend to find out who he ehard this stuff from, that way at least you can confront the person if possible. I'm not sure how long he has had this information, but if he just heard these things recently he's probably feeling a "heat of the moment" type reaction to what he has heard. If your friend's mother is around and available to talk to, try asking her if your friend can sleep over. Or, you could try sleeping over at your friend's house. That way her father will feel more cmfortable knowing his daughter won't be doing anything illegal. It might be a good idea to talk to her dad and explain that you don't do drugs and aren't planning on starting ever. Hopefully he will listen and see that you are telling the truth. If none of this works just give him some space. Hopefully in tie he will realize that he can trust his daughter and you, and will let you hang out again.
