I was just wondering if it is possible to be Bipolar if you have no real manic times, you just go from being seriously depressed to feeling normal. Your mood is a lot different, but it isn't elated. If not, what disorder(s) could this be?

Your hormones, can have emotional and mental affect on you. If you are depressed for more than 2 weeks it can be clinical depression aka Bipolar. If not its just your hormones activating around your period.
Usually when you are Bipolar you will be in this like trance. Like unaware of everyone. And that mood can be constant up to 2 weeks, also you can be violent and act out. If this is not the case then you are not bipolar.
Also if you have something going on family related or something is bothering you, this can cause depression. And it will get better with time.
