I'm not quite sure what you're asking so I'll just kind of give you a general idea.
Boys mind: Hook ups means there are NO emotional attachments, so don't become clingy after it and start to act like you two are a couple.
(I've had several of my guy friends give up hook ups because the girl-drama afterwards was so annoying because of things like that)
Now typically hooking up isn't just making out, but for some people it is. Start with the making out without toungue for a while, then work your way to adding it in by gently licking his lips or easing it in.
From there, you can start to run your hands up his legs, through his hair, up under his shirt etc. This will give him the idea you want to go further.
This will probably lead to feeling up (2nd base) and possibly the removal of clothing. Proceed with caution :) hahaha.
Next comes fingering/hand jobs. If he's bad at his, try moving his hand for him or placing it in the spot where you want it best. No reason to let him think he's doing good if he's not. When he gets it right let out small moans or words of encouragement like 'oh yeah' to give him the hint.
The rest basically leads to oral and/or sex depending how into the hook up you feel.
