poem about the sun

i need to write a poem asap about an inatimate object, and what its like to be one maybe.it would be good for it to rhyme and not be too cliche. i wanna write mine about the sun and i need suggestions and poetic things i could say about the sun. please help!!

Well, you could write about what the sun reminds you of: ie, food, other objects or people. Write about the significance of the sun and how it effects your world.
