If you're talking about a relationship between someone who is 15/16/17 and someone who is 18/19, that's pretty common and is not considered illegal. However, if you're in a relationship/whatever with an adult and your parents are not okay with it, watch out because they can get your boyfriend/girlfriend in trouble with the law.
From what you've said, it doesn't sound like it's a bad situation at all. I know plenty of 18+ people that have dated people under 18, with no trouble.

Many have certain age ranges and stipulations...it can be considered illegal in some states, but I would suggest looking for your states laws. You can easily find them online, just google them.
