is it illegal for a minor to kiss an adult?
I was just wondering, if someone 18 or older kissed someone under 18 is that illegal?
Nothing sexual, and never will be because I know that is, just kissing.

Its all with the states.
For exapmle, I live in maryland, and here the age of consent is 16. That means that a 16 year old girl could have sex with a 50 year old man, and that is not illegal. Laws vary, and so kissing laws can vary too. In most states, kissing wouldn't be illegal to minors, but it would always be good to check the state laws.

I believe that statutory rape only counts for sexual stuff (and only if somebody presses charges) so it's not really illegal. It may depend on the scenario.
If you're talking about a relationship between someone who is 15/16/17 and someone who is 18/19, that's pretty common and is not considered illegal. However, if you're in a relationship/whatever with an adult and your parents are not okay with it, watch out because they can get your boyfriend/girlfriend in trouble with the law.
From what you've said, it doesn't sound like it's a bad situation at all. I know plenty of 18+ people that have dated people under 18, with no trouble.

it depends upon your states particular rulings. Many have certain age ranges and stipulations...it can be considered illegal in some states, but I would suggest looking for your states laws. You can easily find them online, just google them.
