for 7 weeks this summer im going on a west coast teen tour. it sounded amazing and everything and i wanted to go alone to get away from the stupidity of my town. the only thing is im really nervous about meeting new people, and some of them are friends with eachother. how can i open up and be myself around new people?

Just be yourself, and people will like you. You can be shy and still meet people and have them be your friends. Make a joke to break the ice!
