is it right behind your top 2 front teeth? If so, i know what you mean. When I eat pizza and the sauce is too hot it burns my mouth right there from biting into it. It feels sore and swollen and irritated and takes a few days to go away. If it isnt gone in a few days ask the dentist or doctor like the other person said

Well, I'm not a dentist or a doctor but if you are talking about the roof of your mouth... I had a bump and sore spot on the roof of my mouth after eating Doritos. I didn't realize I cut my mouth until it swelled up. You may have cut your mouth and only noticed it during brushing. See a dentist to make sure there's nothing else wrong. After about a week or so the sore spot healed on it's own.
