Does anyone now a good free website to make so I can give advice myself? Or another wesite I can go to for that?

If you want the 'giving advice' thing, PHP websites are good. Plus, Chipmunk Scripts has other website scripts too.

freewebs.com is a good website to make your own website but you can also join advicenators to give adive.
