creating myspace layouts

well, i have just created a myspace layout website june 1st. i need some help with making layouts, here's some questions i need answered:

1. where do you get your graphics/pictures from to make layout backgrounds?
2. is it possiable to make good layouts without photo shop pro, and if yes; how do you do it?
3. is there a way to make images appear clearer?
4. is copying images from the internet plagerism if you alter them?
5. where can you get a basic css style sheet to start from?
6. any tips?

okayyy all i no is you can go to whateverlife.com and they have some good shizz and i dont think you can make things clearer and i dont think that its plagerism if you alter it. and you can just google in anything random you want for it like 'cute myspace icons' or whatever you want and there will be bunches of stuff you can use. hope i helped!
