My Kneee!*

Question Posted Wednesday June 4 2008, 9:17 pm

Today, i had cheerleading practice. I didnt fall on my knee, i didnt hurt my knee at all today, or any day of this week actually. Then when i get ready to leave practice, this pain is in my knee. Its not so bad to the point i cant walk. Its just sore when you apply pressure. Then about 30 minutes later, i feel a burning sensation. I dont know what it is. My knee looks swollen. Should i ice it, or heat it, or wrap it. Im clueless =/

During practice you should wear a knee brace. You can get them cheep at like Rite-Aid. Then once you get home just ice it. If this doesn't help ask your coach.

Well if its swollen and squishy then you have Edema, Edema will go away on its own. But when i hurt my knee playing soccer i usually ice it and wrap it or put it in my ACE knee brace,ACE knee braces work really well .
