My Kneee!* Today, i had cheerleading practice. I didnt fall on my knee, i didnt hurt my knee at all today, or any day of this week actually. Then when i get ready to leave practice, this pain is in my knee. Its not so bad to the point i cant walk. Its just sore when you apply pressure. Then about 30 minutes later, i feel a burning sensation. I dont know what it is. My knee looks swollen. Should i ice it, or heat it, or wrap it. Im clueless =/

During practice you should wear a knee brace. You can get them cheep at like Rite-Aid. Then once you get home just ice it. If this doesn't help ask your coach. ]
Well if its swollen and squishy then you have Edema, Edema will go away on its own. But when i hurt my knee playing soccer i usually ice it and wrap it or put it in my ACE knee brace,ACE knee braces work really well . ]
