OK so agree with everybody else.
If you don't know what any of those things are you are DEFINITELY not ready for sex.
You may feel like you are ready, but if you don't even know how to spell PENIS and you don't know what a condom is?!?!?! than you have a lottttt to learn.
If you don't know about that stuff than you probably don't know about all of the diseases that you can get. Even if you are having protected sex, you can get a disease. Some diseases can KILL you and some have no cure. Some are very uncomfortable and imbarising and have no cure.
So PLEASEEEEE do everybody (especially yourself)DONTT have sex.
You need to know EVERYTHING that there is to know.
I know how embarrassing it is, but you need to talk to somebody about this, if you can't talk to your parents at lease, than talk to your doctor. They will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know.

Today, i had cheerleading practice. I didnt fall on my knee, i didnt hurt my knee at all today, or any day of this week actually. Then when i get ready to leave practice, this pain is in my knee. Its not so bad to the point i cant walk. Its just sore when you apply pressure. Then about 30 minutes later, i feel a burning sensation. I dont know what it is. My knee looks swollen. Should i ice it, or heat it, or wrap it. Im clueless =/ (link)

During practice you should wear a knee brace. You can get them cheep at like Rite-Aid. Then once you get home just ice it. If this doesn't help ask your coach.

So, I am in cheerleading, and well, of course we have to do cheers, and I really do try to practice them at home, and we do the cheers like right before we go home to, but right when i get in the car and i go home i completely forget the cheer and the moves. Is this Short Term Memory Loss?? How can I fix this? because I am the only one on the team that keeps messing up the cheers, and I feel really stupid and the coaches seem kind of annoyed about it..
Thanks (link)

This is my 6th year cheering and even i forget cheers sometimes.
If you want to remember them easyer ask the coach for a copy of the words. If you are to shy or scared to do this bring a pen and paper to practice, have somebody else write the words down for you, or take a minute to do it yourself. With the moves, there is not much you can do other than to keep practicing. Remember what moves you do with 8 counts.
hope i helped!!

Ok so this is my 6th year cheering and I'm a freshmen now so I know how you feel. I could never get my jumps high.
Before you jump, you really need to stretch, especially you crotch muscles (sounds weird i know).
After you stretch out try this: put your arm straight out but off to the side(like where you want to kick) and try to kick your leg up to your hand. Make your that when you do this your leg is completely straight and that your toes are pointed. Do this with both of your legs.
Once you do that try the jump.
When you jump, MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR BACK STRAIGHT!!! Point your toes and keep your legs straight. Try to pull all of your weight up with your stomach. It's hard to do but keep trying. Try pulling your crotch up to the ceiling (weird but it works) when you do this you have to keep your back straight. When you do the jump, make sure you look straight ahead of you. If you look down at all your jumps wont be as high.
When you land, try to land on your toes. If you land on your heels, it is going to make the jumps seem harder and it's not a good impression on the coach.
Just keep practicing.
Hope i helped!!
