does anybody know of a good straightener that will keep your hair completely straight for the whole day?

The straightener wont insure long lasting results, no matter what kind. Usually its the weather that determines how long your hair stays straight. Try finding products that reduce frizz and block hudmity. You can try putting mousse in your hair and then straightening or just using hairspray.

As for straigteners, I reccomend one with ceramic plates and one that reaches atleast 350 degrees (mine hits 410 and thats the setting I use)

Chi is amazing! I dont really know any others sorry but chi is kind of expenseive last time i checked it was about $100 but im not sure.
