Extra fees for drivers ed?

Question Posted Monday June 2 2008, 5:44 pm

If I got my permit before September of last year, do I have to pay the extra fee (extra $200) or go the extra 15 hours?!!?!? Cuz that would be just ridiculous.

okay. so i dont know where you live.
but just in case you live in georgia.
you have to take a drivers course.
i took mine online and it was only $55. compared to like $200 at other sites. but it varies from state to state.

You do realize that every single state is different, right?

Anyway, in Massachusetts, anyone who got a permit before September of last year doesn't have to do 12 hours with an instructor, they have to do 6. and they only need 12 supervised hours with a parent, not 40.

So do a little research and you'll get your answer.
Or add additional info, with your state.
