Being secure enough to follow my dreams Recently I've had a lot of trouble trying to decide what i want to do with my life. I've always wanted to sing, but i hate to admit i've lost my love for it. It became so much about the appearance and what people think. How do i get over that, and get back to doing what i love, the music? it's been so long sense I was actually involved in any live performances, how do i get over my new found insecurities?

There's no real way to get rid of your insecurities. That's just the simple truth. But that's okay! Insecurities are generally over reactions or exagerations that your mind makes when it thinks you're being judged.
By nature, I'm a bit stage fright. But whenever focus falls on me, I'm generally quite out spoken. This is because whenever I have to perform in some way, I just ignore the fact other people are there and that helps me focus.
There's an old irish proverb that says it best: 'dance like no one is watching, sing like no one is listening, and live each day to its fullest.'
I hope I've helped. ]
