PSP - Memory Stick

Question Posted Thursday May 29 2008, 1:37 am

For PSPs, are they ONLY compatible with Sony Pro Duo Memory Sticks, or can you use other brands of SD cards such as SanDisk Digital Photo Memory cards..? I think their the same, i'm not sure though.

I'm not really good with these things, so i don't really know, can someone help me out? Thanks.

Memory sticks are different than SD cards. They both hold information, but they're completely different standards. Sandisk, Sony, etc sell SD cards *and* memory sticks. You can use any brand of memory stick duo in the PSP, but not SD cards.
