you could bring in the picture. but they will tell you that is extensions. and if they cut your hair like that it would be so thin it looks bad. iv asked for that once and it was the worst haircut iv gotten. just get a whole lot of layers on hair ending anywhere from your jaw till above your shoulders but the best is right between. then tease it and get some long extensions and blend it and tease it some more. unless you have a whole lot of hair and its pretty thick you shouldnt get that. i have thin hair but a whole lot of hair and their wasnt enough. hope i helped youuu

You could print the picture and show them, thats what I always do, you could also always ask them for them to make it bigger on the top and thinner on the bottom in layers.
