How can i have growth my income

Right now i am working in one of NGOS as Webmaster/IT Officer in Kabul Afghanistan my yearly income is 10200$ which is 510000 AFG so how could i increase my income.

You could freelance your skills on the side. Or start your own business. Get a new higher paying job, or just wait for a raise or promotion.

well you have from my veiw two options. You can just be a really good worker and get a raise or get another job.
