GIRLS BASKETBALL

im 53, and super fast. so what position would i be good playin in basketball? small forward & point guard? .. if you're on a basketball team can you play both? .. explaine with good detail please.

You can play any position, except probably center. lol. You could be a started point guard, then when you get tired in a game they move in a different guard and put you as foward. If you are fast they you want to be a guard, but not point guard, because when somebody gets a rebound on your time you sprint down the court to your shooting side and they pass it all the way up the court to you and it's an easy layup. If your a point guard you have to be really alert and know what is going on. I play on two basketball teams. On one I'm always a foward. On the other I'm mostly a guard and sometimes a foward.
