i want to be kate moss

i want to be heroin chic. how do i accomplish that look?

shoes wise, vest wise, shirts, pants, hair

Hair: Hair should be center parted, naturally wavy, not curly. Rarely do I see Kate Moss with really kinky/curly hair. You can achieve this hair by braiding your hair into two braids after you get out of the shower, and then waiting until it's dry. When you take out the two rubber bands, you will have wavy hair that looks soft to the touch.

Makeup: Smoky eye, winged eyeliner, nude lips, heavily coated eyes [with mascara].
