Septum
I'm very, very interested in getting my septum pierced. However, I'd have to hide it from my boss, I've heard you can just flip the hoop up your nose, and no one can even tell it's done.
True? Because my boss couldn't know.
Also, anyone who knows, how badly does it hurt? And what guage should I get it if I want it to look more femenin vs. masculine?

I suggest 18GA...14GA may be quite noticeable...
It can be hidden with a clear horse shoe shape that you flip up (aka a retainer)
Or you can flip the ring up, and unless you tilt your head all the way back, he wont notice it.
The septum is known to be a painful piercing, but it all depends on your pain tolerance level.

Unless you nose is really big I think that he would still notice. But you can get a nose rig that unscrews but you would have to stick your thinger up your nose everyday, but it would keep your boss from seeing it. Good luck, I hope it looks awesome!
