Well, this isn't the type of thing I usually do, but I'll try to help you as best I can.
Okay, first thing to remember is never actually pucker your lips. Lol - that makes them stiff and pretty generally unpleasant to kiss.
Do be relaxed, and hey...practice on your hand. I know it's kinda cliche, but as far as your lips go, that way you can kinda feel what's good and what isn't. Make, like, a hand puppet and kiss that. Think of trying to cover its "lips" with yours.
As far as your tongue, think about massaging the guy's tongue with yours, lightly...don't try to get it down his throat. Lol. My guy likes it when I draw circles around his tongue with mine. Some people try to shape the alphabet. You can also kinda pull back and suck on his tongue a little, a lot of guys like that one. Just remember to be gentle, and relaxed.
