pre cum is before he gets ready to ejaculate, it cleans out anything thats in the penis its a mixture of urine and most times left over sperm, depending on the last time the guy jacked off or had sex

it's a clear white fluid that comes out of a guys penis when he gets horny or turned on, it happens before he actually ejaculates sperm, which is a more whitish fluid.
