To be honest, I'm a female and I hate for a guy to have any hair.
It just gets in the way, and I can't enjoy sex or oral because all I'm thinking about is the scratchyness of the hair. Same with facial hair.
But that's just my personal opinion.
I know some girls that like a guy to have only a little hair, some that like a lot, and some like me that hate any.
It's really just about personal preference.

Well it's your body, so ultimately it's your decision. If you're involved with a particular person, ask them what they'd prefer and go from there. Personal opinion coming from a girl?
