The impression I've always been under is that you can go to the clinic without your parents, regardless of age, to obtain advice or information from your doctor. However, the doctor can not examine you or provide you medicine or a precription of any kind without your parents knowledge.

It depends. A lot of town have anonymous clinics for teens. The one in my town is called Teen Matters. In these you don't even have to tell them you're name or age. If there isn't one in the city you live there probably is in the nearest big city to you.
