almost every year i dont go swimming because i am a soccer player so i have HUGE thighs, and when i wear jeans it cool. but i cant wear shorts or anything. and then because im 13 i have a little bit of a tummy. and i want to get rid of that too. and fast. so..
- how can i get rid of tummy fat (not alot)
- how can i make my tighs smaller
- i have like rolls on my side when i like reach over the side. how can i get rid of those
- and how can i do this all in less than 5 weeks
nabcakes14 answered Monday May 12 2008, 11:45 pm: okay lets start at the top. if you want to get in shape, swimming is actually the perfect thing to do. it's a full body workout, and it doesn't even feel like it. to tone up your stomach, lie flat down on the floor and raise your legs about 6 inches of the ground. stay in this position for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.to tone your thighs, do a couple of sets of squats each day.
