i want to go swimming this year almost every year i dont go swimming because i am a soccer player so i have HUGE thighs, and when i wear jeans it cool. but i cant wear shorts or anything. and then because im 13 i have a little bit of a tummy. and i want to get rid of that too. and fast. so..
- how can i get rid of tummy fat (not alot)
- how can i make my tighs smaller
- i have like rolls on my side when i like reach over the side. how can i get rid of those
- and how can i do this all in less than 5 weeks

well i know all abou this because i have plyed soccer for 8 yearts and i myself have HUGE thighs because of it but any ways here are answers to your questions:
1. u get rid of tummy fat by doing crunches and watching what you eat
2. if you gogo to the gym they have machines for that ( i d k how else you would do it)
3. again cruches really help
4. you can do it 5 weeks if you start off with 15 crunches every night and then every other night you would add on 5 more until you are to about 50 ]
okay lets start at the top. if you want to get in shape, swimming is actually the perfect thing to do. it's a full body workout, and it doesn't even feel like it. to tone up your stomach, lie flat down on the floor and raise your legs about 6 inches of the ground. stay in this position for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.to tone your thighs, do a couple of sets of squats each day. ]
