non STD bump on my vagina?

Question Posted Sunday May 11 2008, 9:02 pm

I'm 16 and I have a bump on my vagina. I'm a virgin and haven't gave anyone a blowjob so it couldn't be and STD. I'm thinking it's staph infection because I've had that before but I'm really scared. I haven't told anyone mainly because it's embarrasing. Most people will say get it checked out by a doctor but is there anything I can buy at a store that might help. I would rather keep this to myself unless its really really serious.

These are serious. You might not want to hear it, but you seriously need to go to the doctor asap. Its not as embarrasing as you think. It could be a major problem. Check it out

Staph infections are serious. The earlier you do something about it, the better the chances of recovery. Staph infections are treated with hardcore medications, so no, there will be nothing that you could buy over-the-counter that would treat it.

Don't be embarrassed about it, doctors have seen millions (well, maybe not millions ;P ) of vaginas. Its not 100% sure that its not a staph (or MRSA) infection, but because you've had it before, you're more susceptible to it.

Please schedule an appointment with the doctor that treated your staph infection asap and hope for the best =)
