ovulating?

14 days after your period starts you ovulate right? well how long does the egg stay out of the vagina? does it just stay out for one day or does it ovulate for a few days?

12-15 days after your period you ovulate. im not sure about how many days it stays in there but im sure if you google ovulation you could find out
